How long will it take to personalise my order?

As a general rule most products take 1-3 working days to personalise with some printed glass and other items taking 3-5 working days. Items are then dispatched on the delivery method you have chosen.

Will there be an invoice shipped with the product?

We don't include any invoicing information with our shipments because many people order as gifts this would give the game away! You will however receive an email confirming your order and the costs involved.

How much does delivery cost?

Do you ship abroad?

Yes we deliver our items worldwide. You'll find this option for elligible products once you have selected your address in the checkout. International delivery typically takes 5-10 working days.

Where are you based?

We are based in Newcastle Upon Tyne and work with suppliers all over the UK.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes we do, this will be available as on option on all qualifying products.

Can I get a discount for ordering multiple items?

We can offer discounts on bulk and large orders, although this is generally for orders of 10 or more items. We often work with businesses, societies, organisations and groups to personalise large numbers of items. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Are my payments secure?

Purchasing items from us is 100% Safe and Secure. We uses Stripe to securely process all online transactions. Millions of companies in over 120 countries trust Stripe to manage their payments.

Where is my order?

We always aim to produce and despatch your orders as quickly as possible. During busy periods such as Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Christmas etc, lead times may be longer. If you haven't received your order yet, please contact us and we will look in to the delivery further for you.

What if something is missing from my order?

Due to the wide range of suppliers we deal with, it isn't always possible to ship all products together, meaning some items may arrive before others. If you haven't received all your items, please contact us for further information.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the nature of personalised products, we are only able to cancel and refund orders before they have been produced. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us.

What if an item arrives damaged?

Our aim is to ensure your order is received safely. However, on rare occasions a product my be damaged during shipping. If you have received a damaged product, please contact us and we will look into it.

Can I return my item to you?

All goods that have been made to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless damaged or faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
